Pierce Wu, LEED AP, Joins SCS Field Services’ Reston, VA, Office
Reston, VA – SCS Field Services is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Pierce Wu, LEED AP, as a project manager in the Reston, VA, office of SCS’s Construction Division. Mr. Wu will be working in SCS Field Services’ East Coast regional headquarters headed by recently promoted Vice President Guy F. Lewis. Mr. Wu is a proven construction industry professional, with an 18-year career that includes construction projects in Taiwan, China, and the United States.
Mr. Wu’s hands-on experience includes the management of large and complex commercial and residential construction projects, including hospitals, condominiums, hotels and golf courses, from design coordination through delivery, including budgeting, permitting, scheduling, and subcontractor and vendor management.
Mr. Wu earned his undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Chinese Cultural University, Taiwan, a Masters in Construction Management at the University of Maryland, and a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, Glendale, AZ. Mr. Wu is a licensed general contractor in Florida and is fluent in English, Mandarin, Taiwanese and Shanghainese.
