In our greenhouse gas verification, validation and certification work, we are committed to impartiality and avoiding conflicts of interest.  Where our judgment could be affected by outside interests, or where there could even appear to be such, we must disclose these facts to supervisors, clients, or prospective clients.

For more than 20 years, we have followed our formal Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct, emphasizing impartiality, avoidance of conflicts of interest, professional responsibility for public safety, health, property, and welfare, and adherence to the principles of sustainable development in order to protect the environment for future generations.  We do not disclose confidential or proprietary information furnished to us by clients. 

Our Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct are the subject of annual refresher training for all staff. 

Fundamentally, our greenhouse gas verification, validation and certification project activities are conducted in an independent and impartial manner.
